Talking Best camera for the money

What do you think is the best camera for the money? I just got into photography and was looking for suggestions. Thanks!

Well, I suppose it depends on how much you are willing to spend, but I have a Canon ELPH 110 HS and I really love it. 16.1 megapixels. It's a point and shoot camera with easy to use and good features. If memory serves me correctly though, it's maybe 200-300 dollars What kinds of things will you be taking pictures of?

My sister just got one of those, it's really good for the money. The resolution and zoom are pretty nice.

Well I'd probably just be taking some artistic pictures mostly, I got into it with my camera on my phone but the camera is pretty bad (6MP). I'm pretty inexperienced with cameras so I don't know what kind to get.

I currently use a Samsung NX1000. A pretty chip mirrorless that takes really good pictures. Unfortunately I'm not very good with setting it, so I mostly use the auto functions, but I'm trying to learn.
