    Overheating

Did you have any problem with overheating ? It seems like its happening to some especially when using the device more or during software updates.

Although I do not currently own Google glass, I too am slightly concerned about the repercussions of such an event. But before we delve any further into this topic, may I ask what the temperatures are when it is overheated? Is it simply an uneasy warm band around your head or does it become much more than that? Id est, very heated to the point of causing minor pain or sweatiness.

It seems like its happening to some especially when using the device more-
This is also rather interesting. Are there any specific limits or time-frames that you can supply us with? I feel as though this is going to be a major issue if it occurs to frequently. When you say "using the device more", does it mean after about an hour or two of continued extensive usage or are you referring to a longer period of time? For example say an entire day?

As far as I'm concerned, it should only be a problem to the product's sales if it happens very often even without comprehensive usage as my assumption is that most users will likely only be using it sparingly as and when it should be convenient. The rest of us enthusiasts are more than likely to be the ones experiencing the ill-effects of overheating if anyone else. But I could be wrong. Until you give us more information on the temperature and time limit regarding the overheating, we can only provide subjective assumptions.

Yeah it tends to overheat while recording video, or updating it... Maybe Google will come up with a better product with the official public release.

I heard that the glass did not produce any heat while using. Maybe I am wrong. Can anyone confirm the issue?

It does produce heat, but it shouldn't hit up very much. Every gadget produces heat

All smartphones, tablets or let's say just gadgets tend to heat up while charging. I don't sense any problems here...

I've also read that many users are complaining about overheating issues during video capture and software update...It's not that bad. Glass is packs a lot in a tiny frame. Heat dispersion is not that good at the moment, but who knows what Google has up its sleeve for the final design.

I haven't tried one, but let's say that having the glass too hot while on your head doesn't seem convenient at all, maybe at winter time only!

Google Glass can be only used during Winter lol. The prism melts during hot days and your head gets burnt. Google Glass Summer Edition will be on sale!!!!
