    All I can see is the insane amount of motion sickness I will get by moving my head in the air wildly.

    You can say that again sidd! But it depends on the level of giroscope sensitivity on which the game was build on.

    Still. If its very slight moment, it won't be very accurate and if its large scale, it won't be very comfortable. This is definitely not for me.

    There's a lot of work to be done in order to make something at least barely functional that won't cause you sickness. But it's a start

    You could take scopolamine for motion sickness and play with no problems whatsoever
