I love everything about Google Glass, except battery life, which can drain in an hour if used intensively. Is there anything that can be done about this ?

You can use it for an entire day, but not continuously. The battery life is decent, but Glass hasn't been designed to be used 24/24. You only use it when you need it. You'll see that once you stop stressing it, you'll be able to use it an entire day, which is pretty decent.
But keep in mine that it's just a demo version and the final one should come with improvements.
The battery life is pretty decent, but I hope they'll improve it in the official version.
Switching from Wi-Fi connectivity to bluetooth is a quite nice idea engineers back at Google are currently considering. From what I've read so far this will improve battery life considerably.
Here is a report on that... Glass can tether via Bluetooth already! http://www.macrumors.com/2013/02/22/...via-bluetooth/
Yeah, Bluetooth uses far less power than Wi-Fi. Trust me I'm a computer engineer
This is somewhat related: how does the Google Glass charge?
It charges through an USB cable, just like phones.Originally Posted by yellowbird
