    I want a Google Glass invitation

    Hello,

    I know that Google Glass is invite-only and I'm curious if any of you can send me an invitation. I need it for my brother, who didn't manage to get his. I will be so thankful if somebody sends me one.

    It's raining Google Glass invitations lol! If I had the money I would not waste anymore time and get one too right now. I'm just hoping Google will sell it for less in a few months time

    Sorry to sound ignorant, but is that how this works? I knew only certain people were able to have Google Glass at this point but I didn't know that ownership of it could branch out through many invitations this way. Why is it so exclusive at this point? For a testing stage, or to make people want it more?

    I believe they are not able to manufacture many units. Also they haven't been tested very well, so products might be faulty, so they don't want to release it on the market for everyone just now. It might hurt their brand if they do it.

    Hello there! I too am looking for an invite to the Glass program.

    For some backstory, I am the technology director for a school, and my technology club has some great ideas for integrating Glass into the educational curriculum. I'm happy to PM some of their ideas with anyone that is willing to invite us into the program! If you don't plan on using yours, please consider donating the invite to a great group of high school students! We're in southern California too, so I think it'd be pretty great if the first field trip of the year is heading to LA to pick up Glass!
