Will Google Glass Make Google+ A Real Social Network Hit?
An interesting report has recently surfaced suggesting that Glass will be of real help for Google + considering that all pictures taken are automatically uploaded to the search giant social network. Considering that analysts are expecting huge sales, this could boost Google + traffic to new heights.... What do you think? Are you currently using Google Plus?

I don't think it can help Google Plus very much. And Google Plus isn't very successful because it works differently from Facebook. On G+ it's less noise, people don't right just everything there and the posts are definitely of higher quality than on Facebook. Personally I like G+ very much, because on Facebook all I see is people's lunches and cats.

Yes you got a point there, G+ is of higher post quality than Facebook for sure. Scobel was suggesting that G+ traffic will get a boost after huge image uploads from Google Glass. On the other hand the user has to choose if he wants to share that picture or not. Don't get me wrong the image is uploaded to G+ automatically, only sharing is optional. So from this point of view we'll see how the sharing aspect of whole process goes...

I really hope Google Plus becomes more widely used, it's an awesome social network.

If Google Plus was going to be the only method of social networking it could upload information to, then yes, I'm sure it would make Google+ a bit more mainstream. I don't think they'll do that though, so it will most likely stay around the same level of popularity if not spiking a tiny bit more.
