No it is definitely not possible. Just like any other device that captures images Glass uses a normal camera to do so. For X-Ray capabilities you need an electron emitting tube that costs thousands of dollars and irradiates also... All the apps that claim to have X-Ray capabilities are just click baits.
I agree with you 100%. I am a doctor, those x-ray tubes are huge compared to mobile technology. Just forget about it. The smallest devices able to perform x-rays are the so called mobile ones which can be moved from one room to another and they weigh around 50kg...Originally Posted by Explorer

I would imagine not, I'm sure the radiation it would require to be able to be used like that would fry your retina's.
