Does anyone know how fast will Google Glass be available in other countries than the US after the official release date? I am from Israel...and new technology tends to arrive here slower...

We barely have rumors about the US release date. There's no information about an international release yet. We'll have to wait and see.

I don't think it will be available in Israel very soon. But you'll be able to buy one from eBay once it gets released.

I suppose an International release should take some time. Besides availability on ebay there are also chances for dealerships being given in specific countries. We just have to wait and watch

I would hold off on buying glass from ebay anytime in the near future, as with anything I'm sure there are speculative investors just waiting to pounce. Buy now for a 200% markup or wait six months for availability to be more widespread.

I definitely would rather wait and do this; this kind of goes hand in hand with the question about whether or not GoogleGlass will become mainstream. I guess it depends on your definition of mainstream, but it's more likely to gain popularity after the price reduction occurs, new updates/improvements happen, and more people are able to afford this piece of technology.

I hope that Google glass will be available worldwide at affordable prices for all consumers. Google should not limit its release to North America and Europe.

I agree. It'd say wait it out, hear the feedback on the Google Glass product and then decide if you want to get it. Likely it won't be available internationally until awhile after it's produced in the states. If sales go extremely well, that's when they will broaden the product's horizons. I'm sure it's going to be an initially expensive product and it's going to do well since it's a brand new, innovative technology gadget that has some hype behind it.

I think it will be released later than the US version. As others have said, there are only rumors about the US release date, and there is absolutely nothing about an international release date yet. And usually things get released in Europe/US first, so it will probably be out much later.
