PSA: You cannot resell Google Glass, but you can give it as a gift
I don't know if you knew already, but you are not allowed to sell your Glass, as Google might remotely brick it, so it won't work anymore. I don't know why they decided to state this in their terms, but it's not a very good thing.
You may not commercially resell any Device, but you may give the Device as a gift, unless otherwise set forth in the Device Specific Addendum. Recipients of gifts may need to open and maintain a Google Wallet account in order to receive support from Google. These Terms will also apply to any gift recipient.

I've noticed that a while ago and I considered it to be really weird. Why stop people from selling their Glass ? Maybe they are in desperate need of money and they can get a decent amount for the device.

Seriously now, how would give his Google Glass as a gift? These rules are nonsense. You can easily sell the device and report it to Google as gift.... What about invitations? We should see some Explorers trying to sell a way in the new Google wearable technology thing soon... Either way I'm in!

Huh? What? How will they even implement this. People can just as easily sell it on sites like craigslist and report it as a gift while take the payment in cash so there is no proof.
This rule doesn't even make sense to be honest...really strange of Google to put a rule like this,

I just really want to know why they made it unsellable. Is the content on the device not able to be cleared? Are they trying to avoid profiteers who will purchase at a lower cost and sell for much higher? I don't understand the reasoning behind that. And yes, it seems like there is almost no way to monitor whether or not there was an exchange of money going on.
