XE9 is the latest firmware update for Google Glass. Among some of the most interesting changes, Glass can now play videos through search, search for songs online that are currently playing using sound search or push you notifications regarding nearby turistic attractions.

It does come with really nice features. The remote control feature was already expected after the MyGlass app update. Vignette is also really useful and people have been asking for this for some time.

This makes for some more very interesting news on top of what I have been hearing about this product. This gadget is going to be mind blowing, amazing, invasive and predictably expensive. How many things will it be able to do after all is said and done?
