Is there a good speaker on the Google Glass?

I've read that Google Glass doesn't come with a normal speaker and it works through vibrations on the cranium.

Is there a good speaker on the Google Glass?

    Thanks

As far as I'm aware Google Glass does not have a real speaker, but the vibrations from the physical piece itself will create the sound.

I haven't ever used a sound system such as this, but I think this is for the best as it would be really weird if there was a traditional speaker as others would easily be able to hear our stuff.

It works with vibrations through your head, which really is an interesting idea. I wonder how the quality is going to be. I do think this is better than a normal speaker though, because it would be annoying if someone was talking to someone in public and you just heard their entire conversation through the speaker. I hope to try it out some day.

Well, here in Germany they had the idea to integrate such a technology into the trains. Every time you lean against a window you hear advertisments. Nice idea, right?

Guess it works better with the Google glasses. If there are several companies implementing this technology the sound quality shouldn't be that bad.

Interesting I assumed that Google glasses would have speakers built inside of them, but as long as the sound quality is good I don't mind what kind of technology they use.

This technology sounds quite strange to me! Even I was assuming that there would good quality speakers in Google Glass. We need to wait and see how this works out!
