A company is working on an accessory that manages to increase the Google Glass battery half significantly and it does work.

I guess that makes it even heavier, which might not be very comfortable.
I imagine after a couple of years of tweaking it will eventually get lighter (unfortunately when the lighter version comes out it'll probably cost much more). I'll probably wait until around this time to get a Google Glass.Originally Posted by 3Eyes

It does look bulky. The appeal of Google Glass for me is that it's a very light, slim gadget. Hope Google Glass finds a way to prolong its battery life by its own just to minimize the bulk on the device.
If ever I have the Google Glass, I'm not sure if I need the extra hours anyways. I feel bad enough as it is spending hours in front of the computer, I don't think it might be good to spend more with Google Glass.
If it makes it noticeably heavier then I don't think it would be a great idea, because personally I think it would make it uncomfortable, but if they can come up with a solution to keep it light and increase battery life I am all for it.
